What happens if my app is rejected from the App Store or Google Play?
We handle the resubmission at no extra cost. Our team works with Apple and Google guidelines to make sure your app meets store requirements before we submit. If rejection happens despite that, we fix it and retry.
Who owns the app once it's built?
You do. The app and its code are yours. You can host it anywhere, have another developer maintain it, or transfer it. We don't hold any ownership.
How does the build process work?
After you submit your website URL, we scrape your brand (logo, colors, content), then our AI builds the app. Starter and Pro tiers are delivered in 5–10 days. Concierge gets a 48-hour turnaround with a direct call to walk through your requirements first.
Can I see the app before it's finished?
Yes. You'll get a preview link when the initial build is done. You can request changes before we finalize and publish.
Do I need a developer account with Apple or Google?
For Pro and Concierge, we'll guide you through creating one — it takes about 30 minutes and costs $25/year for Apple, $25 one-time for Google. We'll send you step-by-step instructions after purchase.
