FAQ

Can field techs access the app?

Yes. The app is a Progressive Web App — works on any phone or tablet with a browser. No install required. Your techs can view job history, customer notes, and photos from the job site.

Will this integrate with my existing scheduling software?

Service requests submitted through the app appear in your AppForge dashboard. We do not currently integrate with scheduling software, but the request details can be forwarded via email to your dispatch team.

Can customers get a quote through the app?

Customers submit a request and you respond with a quote via the app notification system. No price display until you approve the estimate.

Is there a customer portal for billing?

Customers can view their service history and request new appointments. For billing, payments are handled separately outside the app — we recommend your existing invoicing system.
